Welcome to Fragrance Revival. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at fragrance-revival.com (the "Site") and all products, services, and content offered by Fragrance Revival ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, placing an order, submitting a petition, or otherwise engaging with our services, you ("you," "Client," or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or our services.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to place an order or create an account. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
Fragrance Revival specializes in recreating discontinued, reformulated, or otherwise unavailable fragrances based on historical references, period documentation, perfumer interpretation, and/or samples provided by clients. Our recreations are independent interpretations crafted by perfumers and are not produced by, sponsored by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the original manufacturers, brands, or houses of any fragrance referenced.
Certain features of the Site require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
All orders placed through the Site constitute an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel orders, and limit order quantities. Payment must be received in full at the time of order. By submitting payment information, you authorize us, or our designated third-party payment processor, to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.
Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and added to your order total. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country of delivery.
We ship to addresses authorized at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect shipping information, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Certain jurisdictions restrict the import of fragrance products containing alcohol or other regulated substances. It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery of our products is lawful at your destination. We are not liable for orders seized, refused, or destroyed by customs.
Each fragrance in our archive is the result of an extended research, sourcing, and formulation process. Recreations may draw upon vintage bottles, period advertising, perfumery archives, gas chromatography analysis, perfumer testimony, and client memory. Despite the rigor of this process, fragrance recreation is an interpretive art rather than an exact science.
Original formulations frequently relied on natural materials, animal-derived ingredients, or synthetic compounds that are no longer available, are subject to regulatory restriction (including IFRA standards), or have been altered by changes in agricultural conditions. In such cases, we substitute the closest available equivalents permitted by law and ethical sourcing standards.
For custom commissions and bespoke recreations, we provide one or more sample iterations for evaluation prior to final production. You are solely responsible for thoroughly reviewing each sample and providing timely feedback. Final production will not commence until you have reviewed and approved a sample in writing or through the designated approval mechanism on the Site.
By approving a sample, you acknowledge that you have evaluated the fragrance, that it meets your expectations to the extent reasonably achievable, and that you accept the final product based on the approved sample. Approval is final and binding.
Fragrance perception is inherently subjective and influenced by personal memory, skin chemistry, climate, age of the original product, and the natural evolution of preserved samples over time. While we strive to produce highly accurate recreations using all available data, we do not guarantee that any recreation will match your personal recollection of the original fragrance, the original formulation as released, or any specific sample in your possession.
Due to the custom, hand-crafted, and subjective nature of fragrance recreation, the hygiene considerations associated with personal-care products, and the substantial labor and material investment required to produce each batch:
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued, except where required by applicable law or in cases of products that arrive damaged or defective due to our error.
Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted in writing to support@fragrance-revival.com within seven (7) days of delivery, accompanied by photographic documentation. Approved claims will be resolved through replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
Our products contain fragrance materials, alcohol, and other ingredients that may cause skin irritation, allergic reactions, or sensitization in some individuals. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept this risk. We strongly recommend that you:
Our products are intended for external use only as personal fragrance and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
It is your responsibility to thoroughly evaluate samples, review product descriptions and ingredient information, confirm the suitability of any product for your personal use, and ensure that the product complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
Fragrance Revival is an independent perfumery operation. References to other fragrances, houses, perfumers, or brands appear solely for the purpose of identifying the inspiration or historical reference for a recreation. We do not claim ownership of, affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any third-party brand, house, manufacturer, or rights holder referenced on the Site.
All third-party trademarks, service marks, trade names, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners. Any use of such marks is descriptive in nature and constitutes nominative fair use solely for the purpose of identifying the original fragrance to which a recreation refers. If you are a rights holder and believe a reference on the Site infringes your rights, please contact us at support@fragrance-revival.com.
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, illustrations, product names, archive numbering, scent compositions, formulations, and the "Fragrance Revival" name and mark — is the property of Fragrance Revival or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site or its content without our prior written consent.
When you submit a fragrance request, petition, review, comment, photograph, or other content to the Site (collectively, "User Submissions"), you grant Fragrance Revival a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute the User Submission in any media for any purpose related to our business, including but not limited to research, formulation, marketing, and editorial use.
You represent and warrant that any User Submission is original to you, does not infringe any third party's rights, and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse any User Submission at our sole discretion.

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRAGRANCE REVIVAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FRAGRANCE REVIVAL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fragrance Revival and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site or our products; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right; or (d) any User Submission you provide.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan, Wyoming. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and Fragrance Revival each waive any right to a jury trial.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, supply-chain disruption, or failures of utilities or communications networks.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any of our services, with or without notice, for any reason, including without limitation breach of these Terms. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue in effect, including without limitation the sections on Intellectual Property, User Submissions, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fragrance Revival concerning the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.
